At Crankshooter, we stand behind the quality of our lacrosse gear and want to ensure you are fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery in their original, unused condition.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal or contact our customer support team with your order number and the email address used at checkout to start the process.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and any protective gear or accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location; please keep your tracking receipt for your records.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned gear, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your requested exchange item within 5-7 business days.
